Annual Subscription
Annual subscription is just £50 for the calendar year, which coincides with our financial year (April -> March). There is a student rate of just £25 with a valid student registration.
VCN is:
a learning and teaching organisation, generating and sharing knowledge within our membership and disseminating and sharing knowledge with professional voice user groups and other interested external organisations and individuals. We invite for general membership professional therapists and coaches as well as voice students, and individual professional voice users. Membership applicants may include:
- Voice tutors
- Speech and Language Therapists
- Singing teachers
- Voice students
- Teacher training students
- Professional Voice Users such as teachers, call centre workers, members of the media, healthcare professionals, professional clergy, Alexander, Feldenkreis and Pilates teachers, Physiotherapists.
Membership:
Tutor status is restricted to those with professional training and work experience. It is regulated by the VCN’s Qualifications Committee. Professional training and quality of experience are taken into consideration.
All members receive VCN e-newsletters, plus the Voice Matters journal once a year; this includes news of developments and members activities; reports of experience and research and book reviews. Members have access to CPD events, please see here.
Professional Development Days and Annual Study Meetings are held for members. Other people may attend at a higher fee.
